Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.
• Monitor guest preferences and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting (preferred).
• Professional, polished appearance that aligns with FIVE’s grooming standards.
• Flexible availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a ‘can‑do’ mindset.
