About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the Atlantis The Royal Open Day in Dubai. You will deliver fine-dining service, ensure guest satisfaction and support the restaurant operations during this high-profile event.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, taking orders and serving food and beverages with professionalism.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu and current promotional offers.
- Monitor the consistency and quality of dishes and drinks served, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Assist colleagues in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously, escalating major concerns as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fine-dining restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Team-player attitude with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
