About the role

Join the prestigious BVLGARI Resort in Dubai as an Italian‑speaking waiter or waitress. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, setting tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies, dietary needs, and product availability.
• Record transactions in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow safety, security, and uniform policies while providing courteous service to all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related wait‑staff experience in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Fluent Italian language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• Italian language proficiency for guest interaction.
