A320 Captain & First Officer Recruitment Drive (Vietnam)

About the role

Air Arabia is expanding its A320 fleet and is seeking experienced A320 Captains and First Officers based in Vietnam to join its crew in Sharjah. Selected candidates will participate in a recruitment event in Vietnam and, if successful, will be offered positions on Air Arabia's A320 family.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Airbus A320 aircraft safely and efficiently in line with airline procedures.
• Conduct pre‑flight planning, briefings, and post‑flight checks.
• Collaborate with cabin crew and ground staff to ensure a high level of passenger service.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Captain: Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 800 hours on the A320 family.
• First Officer: Minimum 1,500 hours on the A320 family.
• Valid A320 type rating (minimum two months validity at joining).
• Valid CPL/ATPL license endorsed with A320 Instrument Rating.
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Maximum age: 60 for Captains, 45 for First Officers.
• English language fluency level 4 or higher.
