AC and Refrigeration Technician

About the role

The AC and Refrigeration Technician will be based on‑site in Dubai, working for a leading hospitality brand. You will install, maintain and repair HVAC, air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems across hotels and serviced apartments, ensuring guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of cooling equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and performance issues and carry out timely repairs.
• Respond to service requests, document work performed and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain accurate service records.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration or related engineering field (preferred).
• Experience in hotel, hospitality or facilities maintenance environments is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety and willingness to work shifts and emergencies.
