Academic Trainer & Assessor for Multiple Disciplines

About the role

The Mount Institute of Business Development (MIBD) in Dubai is seeking qualified Trainers & Assessors to deliver OTHM Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma programmes across a range of disciplines. You will lead engaging training sessions, assess student work and support learners throughout their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality training sessions aligned with OTHM qualification requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials and learning resources.
• Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Ensure assessments comply with OTHM standards and internal quality assurance procedures.
• Support students throughout their learning journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in the subject area.
• Strong subject knowledge with industry or academic experience.
• Recognised teaching or training qualification/certification.
• Previous experience teaching, training or assessing diploma‑level programmes.
• Good communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with UK‑regulated qualifications, particularly OTHM, is preferred.
• Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or Internal Verification (IV) certification is an added advantage.
