Account Driver

About the role

PwC is hiring an Account Driver in Dubai within its IFS - Clients & Markets line of service, at Associate level. The role supports the annual account planning process and helps build and nurture client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual account planning process.
• Establish a regular account rhythm, including touchpoints between the teams.
• Help the firm build a client repository and database.
• Drive the full pursuit lifecycle, from the release of an RFP to post-decision analysis.
• Build strategic relationships with key client departments, especially procurement.
• Manage internal stakeholders and share knowledge of the firm's offerings to generate business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0-4 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably in professional services.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred (with some exceptions).
• Previous experience in strategy or management consulting is a plus.
• Knowledge of the professional services industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organizational, time management, quality management and project management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBI are advantages.
