Account Driver Manager - Clients & Markets

About the role

PwC is recruiting an Account Driver Manager for its Clients & Markets team within Internal Firm Services (IFS) in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving EUR priority accounts in Abu Dhabi, working with the wider team across the Middle East region. It sits under the Business Development/Account Drivers unit, which supports Global Relationship Partners in developing priority accounts and helps Client Service Providers with market development and activation.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Clients & Markets team, industry leaders and line of service drivers to drive EUR priority accounts in Abu Dhabi.
• Deliver infrastructure such as financial performance analysis, industry and client analysis, market share and competitor SWOT analysis, and thought leadership to build an Account Management plan.
• Nurture relationships with clients at all levels, articulate challenges and work with Global Relationship Partners to strengthen long-term client relationships and represent client needs effectively.
• Attend and/or chair internal business development meetings and drive follow-up actions.
• Stay informed on business development and marketing trends and help shape client thinking.
• Share experience and best practice with colleagues and collaborate across the Clients & Markets team to deliver high-value solutions.

• Ability to build strong client relationships and work with Global Relationship Partners.
• Willingness to travel; work visa sponsorship is available.
