Account Executive - Bahasa and Turkish Speaker

About the role

CAE is looking for an Account Executive in Dubai to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships within the assigned territory or market segment. The role covers identifying new business, managing the full sales cycle and reaching revenue targets. The position is expatriate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Identify and qualify new business through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Build long-term client relationships and position CAE solutions effectively.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Work with technical support and product development teams on client onboarding.
• Maintain sales forecasts and activity reports in CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and represent CAE at events, conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation, defense or simulation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
