Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS Sales

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new enterprise business across the UAE and GCC, selling Firstup’s intelligent communication platform to large organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise customers through value‑based selling and clear articulation of platform differentiation.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for the UAE and GCC territory.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and close, building trusted relationships with senior and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Orchestrate internal resources such as technical validation, solution consulting and professional services throughout the sales process.
• Build compelling business cases, maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast revenue using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of proven SaaS sales success in enterprise technology, preferably in employee experience, workforce communications or HR tech.
• Track record of selling to C‑suite stakeholders and closing six‑ to seven‑figure deals.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Highly competitive, self‑motivated, resilient with strong commercial judgement.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the UAE, GCC and occasionally internationally.
