About the role
The Account Executive will coordinate global client training events, manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. The role also involves assessing course prerequisites, confirming availability, and supporting the Regional Sales Manager with pricing and agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate global client training events and manage logistics such as visas and accommodations.
- Maintain client relationships, handle retention, and collect payments.
- Assess course prerequisites and confirm course and contract availability.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with pricing, agreements and promote additional training courses.
- Pursue new business opportunities and ensure training events are delivered to completion.
Required profile
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in client relationship management and sales support.
