Account Executive – Marketing & Advertising

About the role

RAPP Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join its award‑winning Account Leadership team. You will support the broader Account Management team, handling client and project coordination across a variety of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client and internal meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor, report, and analyse account performance metrics.
• Manage small‑to‑medium sized projects, overseeing suppliers and client deliverables.
• Act as liaison between clients, creative teams, production, and third‑party partners.
• Support the development of strategic marketing solutions that blend data, creativity, and technology.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in account or project management within advertising or marketing.
• Passionate about the advertising world with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong interest in sports, music, culture, and fashion, staying current with trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders.
