Account Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As an Account Manager for Adecco's Abu Dhabi branch, you will combine client relationship management with business development to deliver exceptional service and meet revenue targets. You will act as the primary liaison for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction while driving growth in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and pipeline updates for senior management.
• Create strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Represent Adecco at client meetings, events, and presentations.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably within the contract staffing industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Results‑driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and business environment is a plus.
