Account Manager – du & UAE Accounts

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead relationships with du and other UAE customers. You will be part of the Market Area Europe, Middle East, and Africa transformation journey, driving growth across core, cloud, IT and digital transformation portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop executive‑level customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
• Identify, qualify and close opportunities in Core, Cloud, IT and Digital Transformation.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales engagements, from opportunity creation through proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and Ericsson’s growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Domains, Service Delivery, Commercial Management, Product Units) to craft winning solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer priorities to uncover new business.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom or network‑related sales (120 months indicated).
• Proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate customer objectives into technical solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
