Account Manager – Dubai (Future Hiring)

About the role

Join Hilti’s high‑performing sales team as an Account Manager in Dubai, building strong relationships with customers on construction sites, offices and warehouses. This future‑hiring position focuses on developing new business opportunities and positioning Hilti as a trusted long‑term partner across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow market share for Hilti in the assigned territory, developing profitable sales.
• Develop and implement strategic plans using bundled and packaged solutions.
• Monitor competition, build tactical plans and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, contractors and end users.
• Promote key products, introduce new offerings and provide demonstrations, service, training and testing.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure coverage of both existing and potential customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence.
