Account Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading interior fit‑out contractor in Dubai. You will drive new business, nurture existing client relationships and act as a key liaison from enquiry through to project award.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships across the UAE fit‑out market.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and direct client engagement.
• Understand client requirements, budgets and programme expectations.
• Coordinate with estimating, design and technical teams to prepare competitive proposals, tender submissions and commercial offers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the pre‑construction process.
• Keep an updated sales pipeline with meetings, opportunities and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify future opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven business development or account management experience within the UAE interior fit‑out industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, retail, hospitality, F&B and residential fit‑out projects.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client accounts.
• Existing network in the sector is highly advantageous.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
