Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Dubai. You will own day‑to‑day client relationships across retainers and projects, coordinating internal teams, preparing briefs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring campaigns stay aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, present recommendations and performance reports.
• Resolve issues proactively and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage timelines, budgets and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Prepare briefs, track deliverables and maintain clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in account management or client services within a marketing, advertising or communications agency.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple client contacts.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data and KPIs.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and already based in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent experience; MENA experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of strategy, brand, content, social, SEO, paid media and PR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations, reports and briefs.
