Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales (Automotive)

About the role

Bayut & Dubizzle are seeking an Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales to work directly with used‑car dealers across the UAE. You will help partners adopt financing, insurance and car‑evaluation services, driving revenue growth for both the partners and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dealer partners, maintaining strong relationships and regular engagement.
• Identify upsell opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car‑evaluation services to existing partners.
• Onboard new partners, train them on the platform, and ensure smooth adoption of services.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse trends, and proactively optimise outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product and support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and B2B relationship building.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
