Account Manager – Partnerships

About the role

The Account Manager – Partnerships will support the execution of Miral Destinations’ sponsorship and partnership strategy. Working closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure partnership agreements are delivered on time and generate value for both partners and Miral.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate partnership activities with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, handling day‑to‑day communication and enquiries.
• Support the planning, activation and execution of partnership campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
• Manage approval requests, rights activation and contractual obligations.
• Develop a deep understanding of partners’ business categories, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in account management or partnership roles, preferably across multiple sectors.
• Experience supporting sponsorship or partnership programmes for brands, agencies or rights holders.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural landscape is highly desirable.
