Account Manager – Visual Instruments (Projectors)

About the role

You will develop Epson’s Visual Instruments business in the UAE, focusing on growing sales through Tier‑1 distribution partners and building a System Integrator (Tier‑2) pipeline. The role requires strong relationships with distributors, education customers and hospitality projects, leveraging knowledge of the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Epson VI business across the UAE.
• Build strong working relationships with Tier‑1 distribution partners and expand their Epson portfolio.
• Identify new customers, projects and sales opportunities together with partners.
• Develop and manage relationships with key System Integrators (Tier‑2) to grow project business.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of VI opportunities and keep the sales forecast up‑to‑date.
• Identify and pursue education customers, projects and opportunities across the UAE.
• Support partners with product demos, sales information and Epson resources.
• Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, marketing and product teams to support opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience working with distributors, resellers or System Integrators.
• Sales background in A/V products such as projectors, visual displays or audio/video solutions, preferably in education or hospitality.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and the education sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of channel sales and project‑based business models.
