Accountant – 7,000 AED – Dubai – Zoho & UAE Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant based in Dubai with strong UAE accounting knowledge and hands‑on experience using Zoho. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, VAT compliance and corporate tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities using Zoho
• Maintain accurate general ledger and prepare monthly management accounts
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow reports
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and ensure compliance with VAT legislation
• Support UAE Corporate Tax calculations, documentation and filing
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisers and external consultants

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Previous accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
