Accountant – Finance Operations (Dubai)

About the role

Join Aman Group’s Dubai corporate office as an Accountant supporting financial operations across Europe and the Middle East. You will work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate revenue tracking, branding fees, and commission accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile sales revenue reports for European and Middle East entities.
• Track and account for branding fees and corporate commissions earned and payable.
• Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to ensure correct financial treatment of deals.
• Prepare commission calculations and reports, processing payments per internal policies.
• Support revenue tracking and financial analysis across the portfolio.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable (invoicing, collections) and accounts payable (supplier payments, invoice processing).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 3‑5 years of accounting or finance experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting, regulatory, and VAT requirements.
• Experience with revenue tracking, commission accounting, and financial reconciliations.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial reporting).
• ERP or accounting systems such as SUN, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
