Accountant – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

Support day‑to‑day accounting operations including bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts reconciliation and month‑end closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Bank & Cash Management – maintain bank accounts, prepare regular Bank Reconciliation Statements and record daily receipts and payments.
• Customer Invoicing – generate invoices from approved service records or sales orders, keep the invoice working file up to date and coordinate approvals.
• Accounts Payable – assist with weekly and urgent payments, validate payment documentation according to internal policies.
• Month‑End Closing – support finance team in month‑end and year‑end closing, prepare reconciliations, schedules and journal entries.
• General Accounting & Coordination – record journal entries, file vouchers, liaise with banks, vendors and internal teams, provide data for audits.
• Other Duties – perform additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organizational skills.
