Accountant – Station Receivable

About the role

The Accountant will manage receivable, invoicing and reconciliation processes for Emirates Group stations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. You will support outstation teams and contribute to financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices, incentives, refunds and interline transactions.
• Monitor and perform receivable accounting, allocation and receipt functions for centralized stations.
• Identify discrepancies, conduct audits and resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support for MIS, KPI and revenue assurance reporting.
• Support outstation staff on day‑to‑day receivable accounting queries and validate data against finance manuals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience (10+ years of schooling acceptable).
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently within established frameworks.

Required skills

• Accounting knowledge and experience in an airline environment (preferred).
• High level of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications.
