Accountant – Zoho & QuickBooks Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an Accountant specialized in Zoho and QuickBooks to support our finance team. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate records, and assisting with month‑end activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and accounting documentation.
- Record daily transactions and update accounting systems.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Help prepare financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and month‑end closing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and confidentiality.
Required skills
- QuickBooks
- Zoho accounting software
- Oracle‑based ERP (experience preferred)
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
