Accountant (Zoho) – UAE Experience – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong UAE accounting knowledge and hands‑on expertise in Zoho. The role involves managing day‑to‑day finance operations, preparing management accounts, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger records and process accounts payable/receivable in Zoho.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow reports.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations and manage month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and support Corporate Tax calculations and filing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisers and external consultants as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Previous accounting experience in the UAE with strong knowledge of local VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Ability to work independently, meet reporting deadlines and maintain high accuracy.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Zoho accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
