Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation by managing day‑to‑day accounting tasks and preparing financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare, process, and record invoices, expense claims, and payments promptly.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate transaction records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support senior finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organised and accurate financial files and records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
