Accounts & Finance Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Accounts & Finance Manager for the Food & Beverage division will lead day‑to‑day financial operations in a fast‑growing food and beverage company based in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure accurate accounting, support strategic decisions and maintain compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cost analyses specific to F&B operations.
• Manage cash flow, cash balances and cash‑flow projections to meet company needs.
• Control inventory, wastage, menu costing, variance analysis and stock audits.
• Maintain vendor master data and purchasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits and act as primary audit liaison.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and senior management to optimise pricing, cost structures and profitability.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and financial management background, preferably in food & beverage.
• Hands‑on experience with cost control, inventory management and stock audits.
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
