Accounts Payable Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will lead the AP function for a luxury hotel within the Anantara portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and related financial activities while supporting the finance team and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily invoices, matching them to authorisations and receiving records.
• Verify accuracy of account allocations, including petty‑cash reimbursements.
• Prepare payments and submit supporting documents for final approval and signatures.
• Raise and record manual cheques for urgent payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals for goods and services received but not invoiced.
• Assist in reconciling month‑end inventory balances with physical counts.
• Obtain daily reports from Cost Control, ensuring proper signatures on receiving stamps.
• Prepare system‑generated cheques for finance and general manager signatures.
• Control serial numbers of payable vouchers and cheques, filing them with related invoices.
• Prepare cheques for employee vacation and final settlements.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• 5‑star hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or a related field.
