About the role
Fix Shine General Contracting LLC is looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to support daily office operations in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for candidates with strong organisational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage documents, records, correspondence and internal administrative files.
- Coordinate office activities and assist different departments with administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases and organise important business documents.
- Support management with scheduling, follow‑ups and general coordination tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Hindi native speaker preferred; English and Punjabi are an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of office administration and document management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting.
