About the role
The Admin Officer will support the Fleet Manager in ensuring smooth fleet operations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external partners. This position is essential for keeping the fleet assets compliant and well‑documented.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of fleet assets, insurance, licensing, and registration.
- Organise files related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Monitor inventory of fleet‑related supplies and order as needed.
- Input data on fleet performance, usage, and expenses; generate routine reports.
- Liaise with service providers, track completed services, and verify invoices for payment.
- Assist with vehicle dispatching and coordinate routine inspections with drivers.
Required profile
- Higher diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- 3‑5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related area.
