Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Transcorp International is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team in Dubai, UAE. The role suits professionals with strong warehouse management expertise who can oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient order fulfilment. Candidates with previous experience in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre will be strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and keep warehouse processes organised.
• Lead warehouse staff and improve productivity and operational performance.
• Ensure operations meet company standards and performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse operations and team supervision (about 2 years).
• Ability to manage team productivity and operational KPIs.
• Previous Amazon Fulfilment Centre experience is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of order fulfilment processes and operational KPIs.
