Administration Manager – Defence & Aerospace (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead office administration, internal coordination and compliance within its highly regulated defence and aerospace environment in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a highly organised professional who can work independently while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general office administration and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Coordinate activities between departments and senior management.
• Maintain corporate records, filing systems and document archives.
• Monitor licences, permits and renewal documentation.
• Ensure traceability of regulatory and corporate documents.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, Logistics and Government Relations on administrative requirements.
• Support management with correspondence, reports and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate and employee information.
• Facilitate effective use of the company ERP and HR administration systems.
• Guarantee that administrative processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Administration Manager or senior administrator in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE administrative and corporate procedures.
• Background in defence, aerospace, government contracting, industrial or similarly regulated sectors is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo ERP.
• Experience with Bayzat or comparable HR/payroll platforms.
