Ads Implementation Intern – Binance Accelerator Program

About the role

As an Ads Implementation Intern you will join Binance’s digital advertising team to help launch and manage paid campaigns across major media channels such as Meta, TikTok, X and Reddit. The internship is part of the Binance Accelerator Program, offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing blockchain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Independently launch ad campaigns on multiple platforms, ensuring correct set‑up and timely execution.
• Monitor daily performance, guarantee delivery, and suggest optimisation improvements.
• Organise and rename visual assets (images, videos, GIFs) following internal guidelines.
• Create detailed Asana tickets containing all information required for campaign go‑live.
• Ensure campaigns comply with data‑privacy regulations and company policies.
• Generate ad‑hoc performance or creative reports.
• Conduct competitiveness analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on creative production, planning and execution.

Required profile

• Current university students or recent graduates seeking early‑career experience.
• Background in digital marketing with experience managing media campaigns across channels.
• Prior exposure to ad platforms is ideal, though training will be provided.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads platform.
• Experience with TikTok Ads platform.
• Experience with X (formerly Twitter) Ads platform.
• Experience with Reddit Ads platform.
• Proficiency in Asana for task management.
