Advisor, Stakeholder Management

About the role

The Advisor, Stakeholder Management provides strategic advisory and end‑to‑end stakeholder management support to the Upstream CEO and ADNOC leadership. The role drives stakeholder strategies, executive engagements and business‑diplomacy initiatives across internal, government, shareholder and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate, implement and review the Upstream stakeholder management strategy, engagement framework and mapping aligned with ADNOC and UAE priorities.
• Prepare executive briefing packs, talking points, meeting scripts, stakeholder profiles and post‑engagement summaries for the Upstream CEO and senior committees.
• Lead planning and coordination of high‑level meetings, state visits, delegations, conferences and partner engagements, ensuring agenda development, protocol and executive readiness.
• Provide strategic oversight for bilateral business councils (Germany‑UAE and Canada‑UAE), driving membership growth, governance, partnership opportunities and flagship events.
• Manage collection, validation and analysis of stakeholder, project and portfolio information, ensuring governance, version control and secure handling of executive materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in stakeholder management, government relations or executive advisory roles.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex operational, commercial, financial and geopolitical information into clear recommendations.
• Strong understanding of international business diplomacy, especially within the energy sector.
• Excellent communication, governance and decision‑support skills.
