Agricultural Engineer – Landscape & Hydroponics

About the role

We are looking for an Agricultural Engineer to lead and support a variety of landscape, garden and hydroponic projects across the UAE. The role combines hands‑on plant maintenance with technical supervision of labour teams and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise indoor and outdoor plant maintenance projects.
• Plan, install and maintain vegetable garden systems.
• Design, install and service hydroponic systems such as NFT, DWC, Dutch Bucket and tower setups.
• Monitor plant health, irrigation, nutrition and pest management.
• Conduct site inspections and produce technical recommendations.
• Assist with landscape planning, plant selection and overall project execution.
• Lead labour teams, ensuring quality workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and management on project timelines.
• Prepare site reports, maintenance records and support client meetings when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of UAE or GCC experience in agriculture, landscaping, hydroponics or plant maintenance.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the UAE.
• Strong communication, organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
