AI Agent Product Manager Graduate (Corporate Service System)

About the role

ByteDance is hiring a graduate AI Agent Product Manager for its Employee Mobility & Workplace Service Products team within the Corporate Information Systems department. The team builds AI-native applications for ByteDance's global internal offices, driving consistent experiences across Chinese and non-Chinese regions. The role covers the full journey of an enterprise AI product, from idea to launch, and starts in 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design, shaping core capabilities such as building agents from 0 to 1
• Uncover enterprise users' real needs through interviews, data analysis and behavioural insights
• Build and refine an evaluation system for AI capabilities, tracking product effectiveness and model performance
• Explore AI application innovation in office automation, knowledge management and content generation

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or Information Management preferred
• Clear logical thinking, self-driven and user-value oriented, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Genuine passion for AI products and a habit of following LLM and Agent developments
• Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year; candidates apply to a maximum of two positions

Required skills

• Preferred: internship or project experience in AI products
• Familiarity with AI/Agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Coze
• Hands-on experience building agents or AI applications, with demos or a portfolio
