AI Consultant

About the role

Creatio is seeking an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high‑value AI agents that deliver measurable outcomes. Based in Dubai, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping AI strategies, creating adoption roadmaps, and translating business challenges into AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and pinpoint high‑impact AI use cases.
• Deeply understand each client’s domain and processes to prioritize AI opportunities based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals with clear success metrics.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and unlock new capabilities.
• Define integration points for AI agents with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, and workflow platforms.
• Prepare detailed agent specifications and documentation to guide delivery teams.
• Support sales, customer success, product, and delivery teams throughout pre‑sales, implementation, and adoption phases.
• Present AI strategy and solution proposals to executives and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong business analysis, process design, and value‑mapping skills.
• Experience in solution consulting, AI consulting, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Hands‑on experience designing or launching AI‑powered solutions or agents.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern large language models (LLMs) and AI agent architecture.
• Comfort with APIs and system integrations.
