AI & Copilot Consultant

About the role

Join a Dubai‑based Microsoft partner that specialises in rapid deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot for large enterprise and government clients. You will own the end‑to‑end development of Copilot Studio agents, publish them to production and support users across live environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build M365 Copilot agents in Copilot Studio for enterprise clients.
• Implement agent logic, conversation flows and integrations across Microsoft 365 services.
• Test, debug and validate prompts, connectors and workflows to production standards.
• Manage deployment pipelines and publish agents into live client environments.
• Run workshops, enablement sessions and webinars on Copilot and Copilot agents.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and introduce new capabilities to the team’s offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on technical experience; recent graduates with strong project work are welcome.
• A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint and the broader Microsoft 365 stack.
• Comfortable presenting and running technical sessions in front of an audience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English and based in Dubai.

What we offer

• Salary AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month.
