About the role
Gradiant is seeking a motivated intern to lead digital transformation and management reporting initiatives across Sales, Operations, Production, and Finance. You will turn enterprise data into actionable insights, executive dashboards, and AI‑enhanced workflow automation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze ERP and operational data to create executive dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and live reporting solutions.
- Automate reporting workflows and produce presentation‑ready visualisations.
- Drive adoption of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT/OpenAI to streamline business processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with cross‑functional business data interpretation.
- Experience with Excel and Power BI; familiarity with data engineering or BI tools is a plus.
