AI Integration Leader – Operations Integration & AI Transformation

About the role

Amazon is building a $1B AI transformation program across Middle East, Africa, Turkey and the Rest of World. The AI Integration Leader will drive end‑to‑end execution of the AI roadmap, leading a team of 15+ Business Intelligence Engineers to deliver measurable P&L savings across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of the MEATR AI Transformation Roadmap, delivering quarterly milestones and gated investment reviews.
• Lead 3‑5 AI pilot programs per phase, scaling successful pilots to production within 12 months.
• Stand up a three‑tier governance cadence (weekly stand‑ups, monthly reviews, quarterly steering committee).
• Design and maintain KPI tracking dashboards to ensure initiatives are instrumented, measured and attributed to the P&L.
• Implement financial validation chains and the AI Fluency Index to guarantee hard or efficiency savings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing large technical programs in high‑growth or enterprise environments.
• Experience with data and AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, storage).
• Preferred: Master's or PhD in a quantitative field and 10+ years managing scientists or machine‑learning engineers.
