AI-Native Software Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Adheya Technologies is seeking AI‑native software engineers to design, develop, and validate enterprise‑grade AI solutions across HR, Finance, and Operations. The role focuses on Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and agentic workflows, integrating scalable systems with cloud services and APIs. Work may require travel.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Perform context engineering and specification engineering for enterprise AI use cases.
• Architect scalable AI systems integrated with cloud services and REST APIs.
• Review, validate, and optimize AI‑generated code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment.

Required profile

• Strong system design capabilities.
• Experience with Generative AI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Proficiency in building agentic workflows.
