About the role
Al Futtaim Automotive’s FAMCO division is seeking an experienced Air Compressor Service Technician to support industrial product service operations across the UAE and overseas. The role involves field‑based servicing, troubleshooting and overhauling Ingersoll Rand compressors and related equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Service, diagnose and overhaul Ingersoll Rand oil‑injected and oil‑free air compressors, air dryers and air ends.
- Perform field service at customer sites, including projects on on‑shore and off‑shore oil platforms.
- Complete work within allocated labour hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare clear service reports and communicate findings to customers and the service team.
Required profile
- 3–5 years hands‑on experience servicing air compressors, preferably Ingersoll Rand.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong English communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
