Aircraft Fuelling Operator

About the role

The Aircraft Fuelling Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient refuelling and defuelling of aircraft at the airport. The role requires strict adherence to aviation standards, airport regulations, and ADNOC safety and quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform refuelling and defuelling operations according to the assigned schedule and aircraft specifications.
• Inspect fuelling vehicles and equipment before each operation and report any defects.
• Drive to the apron, position the fuelling vehicle, connect bonding hoses, and secure all connections.
• Take fuel samples, complete delivery tickets (electronic or manual), and obtain customer signatures.
• Conduct product visual checks and quality control procedures in line with ADNOC Aviation Division standards.
• Maintain constant vigilance over the fuelling process, surrounding area, and safety of personnel.
• Document all activities accurately and report operational or safety issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to follow aviation standards, airport regulations, and HSE policies.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and safety checks.
• Effective communication with customer representatives, pilots, and technical staff.
• Valid driving licence for operating fuelling vehicles on airport grounds.
