Cargo Revenue Management Manager

About the role

The Manager Cargo Revenue will own cargo revenue for a defined region, leading a team of Revenue Analysts to optimise the portfolio and maximise utilisation of freighter, belly and RFS capacity. The role works closely with Network Planning, Commercial, Operations and Pricing to ensure actions are aligned with the overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of routes.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs such as load factor and contribution, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee capacity utilisation, allocation strategy, demand steering and disruption recovery across the assigned area.
• Validate Entry Conditions with analysts before flight openings and align them with market dynamics in partnership with Pricing.
• Coordinate with Network Planning, Operations and Commercial to align capacity changes, minimise off‑loads and capture revenue opportunities.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of the new Revenue Management system, feeding improvements to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or a related numerate discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of airline industry experience, including at least three years in Cargo Revenue Management.
