Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, procurement, inventory, logistics and operational performance across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves analysing data, monitoring KPIs and providing insights that drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise and analyse supply chain and operational data.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing activities, order status and delivery performance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Track KPIs related to inventory, procurement, logistics and supplier performance.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, delays and potential risks.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning and supply planning activities.
• Analyse purchasing and transportation costs to uncover cost‑saving opportunities.
• Assist with supplier performance monitoring and evaluation.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or a related field (preferred).
