About the role
Join Emirates' elite AMEL Scholarship designed for UAE nationals. Over five years you will progress from intensive classroom training to hands‑on maintenance work on live aircraft, ultimately earning an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence.
Key responsibilities
- Complete three years of intensive theoretical and practical training, earning a GCAA certificate, a Higher Diploma and a Level 5 Advanced Diploma.
- Spend two years gaining practical maintenance experience on live aircraft, preparing for the Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence.
Required profile
- Age between 18 and 24 years.
- Grade 12 completion with a minimum score of 80 %.
- National Service completed before joining.
- Medically fit and holder of a valid UAE passport with Khulasat Al Qaid.
- English fluency – TOEFL PBT ≥ 510, TOEFL iBT ≥ 4.0, or IELTS ≥ 6.0.
