Airport Services Duty Supervisor (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an Airport Services Duty Supervisor to join Qatar Airways Ground Services in Dubai. Reporting to the Duty Officer, you will lead a team of Customer Service Agents to ensure passengers receive the airline’s renowned 5‑star service and that flights achieve on‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as station coordinator, liaising with the ground handling agent and Qatar Airways.
• Supervise the airport team to achieve on‑time flight closure and passenger boarding.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently during duty periods.
• Support the Airport Services Duty Officer during flight disruptions, misconnections and other passenger issues.
• Perform the Aircraft Turnaround Check (ATC) as assigned to ensure safe ground‑ramp operations.
• Generate operational reports and maintain a tidy workplace.
• Serve as the primary contact for agents needing assistance with questions or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• Experience in airport or ground handling operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle flight delays or disruptions.
