Key responsibilities

• Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special.
• Master the menu by learning details of all items, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
• Serve with efficiency and care by taking orders, entering them into the point‑of‑sale system and delivering completed orders promptly, paying attention to detail.
• Manage the food service station to keep it fully stocked, clean and organized at all times.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team well‑being.
