Alumni Relations Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Alumni Relations Officer will serve as the primary liaison between the university and its graduates, fostering continuous engagement and supporting alumni career development. This position is based at the Al Ain campus and focuses on building strong relationships with the local alumni community.

Key responsibilities

• Design, distribute, and analyse graduate questionnaires to maintain up‑to‑date alumni data.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with alumni to promote participation in university events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with external organisations to identify job opportunities for graduates.
• Produce and circulate a monthly alumni e‑newsletter.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and activities that add value for alumni.
• Integrate alumni content into the university’s social media platforms.
• Attend and represent the university at alumni‑focused courses and events.
• Prepare periodic reports on alumni engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
